Python Service Costs

I have a Python service which runs on about 800MBs of RAM. The RAM usage for 10 days is coming out to be about 21k GBs of RAM. It could be that I'm calculating something wrong here. But can someone please confirm how does the pricing work and if I'm calculating something wrong here.

I've enabled app sleeping for this service currently because it's usage is minimal and still heavily charged.
