Hi,

What I'd like to do is to develop an app that gets variables from an excel file. So for example when I start it, it goes and grabs the details from an excel file that is sitting in the railway project. Will that work? Can I push the excel file off to github and the excel file will then go accross to Railway, and will it filnd that file if its sitting there with the rest of them? Sorry I am a beginner, so basic things like this, I just dont know.
