I would like to know what the difference is between the "Hobby" plan and the "Pro", because I didn't understand if the "Hobby" plan has a limit of 5 dollars per month or if it is limited.
In case Hobby has a limit of 5 dollars and Pro is unlimited for use
what's the difference?

Both plans are usage based, meaning you pay for what you use, and both don't have any restrictions on the dollar amount you can spend.
They both start off at $5 and $20 respectively.
