Question on Hobby Plan

I have a question about the Hobby Plan, white upgrading to the Hobby Plan, this line poped up - "Whoop whoop! You get a $5 monthly discount. You will only pay for usage." My question, if I subscribe, will I be charged the plan amount per month or is this discount a one time thing? And, the plan also says "+ resource usage" and "Includes $5 in monthly usage", what the difference between "Resource Usage" and "Monthlt usage"?

As long as you keep your account in good standing you will only pay for your resource usage and you will have just the subscription fee waived every month.

Thanks for a quick reply! One more thing, the plan also says, "Includes $5 in monthly usage", what the difference between "Resource Usage" and "Monthly usage"?

For every month, yes.

The whoop whoop message means you will also have the subscription fee waived every month.
