hello,
for some time I've been trying to pay my railway credit but my card is rejected. I've tried with several cards but it still doesn't work, so I want to know if I can retrieve the data from my database hosted on railway.

Hey @ange desire, you can connect to your database and make a dump of it if your trial plan is still active. Unfortunately, you will have to upgrade to the hobby plan using a different credit or debit card if your trial period is already over.
indeed i had a hobby plan and i topped up twice but this me i can't top up my card is rejected

Unfortunately, I do not think that there is much Railway can do on their end, please use a different credit or debit card as opposed to a prepaid card.

This is correct, as your services are offline/unreachable.

I am afraid that this is correct.

Indeed, this is the only way as Railway is a paid service.
I just need temporary access to my old PostgreSQL database to back up the data.
I’ve already created a new Railway account and database to transfer the data to.
Would it be possible to get a temporary connection window so I can export or migrate the data?
Thank you so much in advance!

Unfortunately, this is not something I can do for you.
I’m currently unable to subscribe due to Railway not accepting my prepaid card.
Is there any way to pay manually (PayPal, one-time invoice, etc.) just to restore my access temporarily?
I only need to recover my database data.

I am afraid that Railway does not offer such option.
