Question regarding pro plan pricing

Hi there!

When I subscribed to the pro plan, I was immediately charged US$20. I just received my next invoice, and I was charged for it again. Is this expected?

Just curious since I'm wondering what the initial $20 charge was. Just wanted to make sure I hadn't been double charged for the pro plan this month.

With the Pro plan there is a default cost of $20/seat/month. Your monthly usage is added to that and that is what you are billed.

Hmmmm you might be right - I pulled up the invoice for the payment on the 4th of March, and it says I was billed for the seat from the 3rd of March to the 3rd of April 2025

And I somehow missed this, but today's invoice bills me for the pro plan for the next month

So yeah, that clears it up - we're billed for the pro plan before the month, and usage after the month
