I’d like to inquire about your refund policy. Specifically:
Are refunds available for recent charges or active subscriptions?
What is the process to request a refund (if applicable)?
Are there any eligibility conditions or timelines I should be aware of?
This isn’t related to a specific deployment issue, but general billing.

Hey Sumit!
Refunds are usually for new customers who no longer wish to use the platform after initially trying it out. You can request them directly from your Billing under account settings.
We offers refunds at our sole discretion on a case by case basis, in line with our Terms of Service.
