Hello Railway Support,
I initially created my Railway account using one email address, but I would now like to change it to a different email address. I currently have 5–6 applications running in production, so I want to make sure this change won't affect my services.
I have a few questions before proceeding:
- If I change the email address associated with my Railway account, will it cause any downtime or restart my running applications?
2)At the moment, my applications are accessible using the default Railway URLs. I plan to connect my custom domain soon. If I change the account email, will it have any impact on:
- My existing Railway application URLs?
- My deployed applications or services?
- My future custom domain configuration?
- Is there anything I should do before changing the email address to avoid any service interruption?
I'd appreciate your guidance so I can make this change safely.Questions About Changing Railway Account Email for a Production Account

No, changing your email will not cause any downtime.
And no, changing your email will not change any existing URLs or affect custom domain configurations.
You'll just receive emails with the new address instead of the old one.
