Hi,
We're evaluating the enterprise version and have a few questions before we move forward, mostly around security.
The main one: external users would be uploading files through our website we deploying on railway. We want to understand what protections are in place on the upload side, and whether those files stay secure when our team downloads them on the other end.
Thanks in advance!

All data stored on Railway is encrypted at rest using AES-256, and all traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS, so files your users upload and your team downloads are protected at the infrastructure level throughout. You can review the published controls and request audit reports (SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, pentest) at trust.railway.com. Application-level upload protections (file validation, scanning, access control) are part of your own application code rather than the platform layer. For a deeper walkthrough of Enterprise security, dedicated hosting options, and compliance needs, you can book time with our solutions team.
