Queue waiting doesn't go away.

I used GitHub and deployed.
I was working one after another without checking, and the queue was not disappearing and I could not complete the deploy.
I deleted the project and created a new one, but the queue was still there and I could not use the service at all. I am very sorry, but is there a solution to this problem?

I'm not too sure what you mean by "queue" perhaps you could explain what you mean and attach some screenshots?
