My deployment got stuck in queue for 30+ minutes due to Railway infrastructure issues. I cancelled it and now I have no active deployment running. Deploys are paused with 'Limited Access'. Can you help restore my service or lift the pause?

Your workspace is currently affected by a platform-wide disruption that has temporarily paused Hobby-tier deployments ("Limited Access"). This pause is automatic and will be lifted without any action on your part once the disruption is resolved. Your valo-store-bot service currently shows a deployment in the building phase, so once the pause lifts, it should proceed. If that deployment does not complete after the pause is lifted, you can trigger a new deploy by opening the most recent deployment in the service view and selecting "Redeploy" from the deployment menu.
