This pause is automatic and will be lifted without any action on your part once the disruption is resolved. Your valo-store-bot service currently shows a deployment in the building phase, so once the pause lifts, it should proceed. If that deployment does not complete after the pause is lifted, you can trigger a new deploy by opening the most recent deployment in the service view and selecting "Redeploy" from the deployment menu.
