Your workspace is on the Hobby trial tier, and during high-traffic periods Railway may temporarily queue deployments for Free and Hobby users to prioritize Pro/Enterprise workloads. Your queued deployment will automatically process once capacity frees up, with no action needed on your side. You can check for a "Limited Access" indicator in your dashboard to confirm this is the case. If you need deploys to go through immediately regardless of traffic, upgrading to the Pro plan bypasses the queue entirely.
