If I am on the grandfathered hobby plan but am still regularly spending > $20 p/m
If I upgrade to Pro, will I get all the benefits of pro, but essentially billing will remain the same?

As in, if my last invoice was for $25 on the hobby plan which costs $5 but has the $5 of usage waived,
Will the invoice under pro be essentially the same? $20 with $20 usage waived? meaning it would have been $25 on the pro plan as well?

Or am I missing something?
