Hobby plan. Repeated deployments fail before npm install or npm run build.
First fatal error:
install mise packages: node
secret worker not found
Follow-up errors:
context canceled
walker is closed
no active session
NO_CACHE=1 produced the same result.
The complete frontend and backend production build succeeds locally.
All lockfile dependencies are compatible with Railway's detected Node 22.23.2.
Deployment ID: 30e21213-80d1-45b6-a78b-5e18b454d8d8
Service ID: c197b2a3-15e4-4005-98a5-d7dc3d9b4a5c
Railpack: 0.37.0
Metal builder: builder-qnoydj
Could Railway investigate the BuildKit secret worker/session?

There's nothing to fix in your project, and you're building again. We dug into the builder session like you asked. The failures hit five different commits, with and without NO_CACHE, and there's no variable or service called "worker" anywhere in your project. That name is a red herring: when a build's secret session drops mid-build, BuildKit reports whichever value it was fetching at that moment, and the "no active session" and "context canceled" errors on your retries came from the same drop. Railpack 0.37.0 isn't the culprit either, your passing builds run the same version. The drops were transient and stopped around 19:34 UTC on Aug 22. Your 19:43 deploy built cleanly on the same builder, passed its healthcheck, and is what's live now.
