Railpack crashes within 50ms of scheduling with zero build output and null railpackInfo. The project has a valid package-lock.json (9,547 lines, 339KB), React 19, Next.js 16, and a clean railway.toml with builder = "RAILPACK". Every deployment has failed identically. Please investigate why Railpack cannot parse this project.

Problem solved with Docker image.

But now facing a new problem, like code or variables are updated, but not in the web application, I mean output still old one.
