• We are getting 500 status code when our domain tries to call our backend API.
• This occurs when we visit site from WEST coast of US, api calls on the backend fails with 500 status error.
• However, when we use a VPN and to access the site from a different region (East Coast US) the page works fine.
• This points to region specific error or some networking error specific to Railway

Question:

Can we get some help to resolve this? This is the second time this issue has happened, we cannot afford to have down website this often.
