Seems like your client’s service was running on GCP. There have been many, many notifications over the past 6 months to alert users that GCP deployments would be automatically migrated to Metal.

If data was lost, that is not Railway’s fault. Anything required to persist over deployments should be stored in a volume.

No data was lost. I’m actually sorry for reaching out. The way yalls login done causes a lot of people confusion, just like the last thread that someone made about this.

It looked like everything was wiped out.
