I don't know if it's just me or if something is wrong with the Railway platform; we have not been able to load our website (http://publishing.gemspread.com) and the Railway dashboard is inaccessible to users in Nigeria.
Can someone help, please?

Yes, it works with a VPN.
But it doesn't work without a VPN. We need it to work normally for users.
Any help?

That would indicate a firewall of some sort on your side of things, unfortunately there nothing railway can do about that, you could try putting cloudflare in front of the app though.

Someone mentioned it could be an issue with Vercel hosting our frontend and my ISP.

the issue is a local firewall, not an issue with Railway. to get around this, as mentioned, you could try to put a cloudflare proxy in front of your railway service
