If you're refering to the credit based plan where you recharge the account manually then yes that was removed unfortunately

From what I recall, Railway believes the plan works against its billing structure and so they wanted new users to subscribe exclusively to a subscription based plan. I imagine they probably got tons of support tickets regarding people forgetting to recharge their account and getting confused and so on so I get why they did it

I am on subscription plan but they have to be deducting me every month from my credit card
