I have noticed 3 bugs today, its insane, I'm considering switching to another service now.
I was on Free tier with $4.5 balance and 5 days left, now I came back home from the gym and "Trial maxed out", I have no users on my site yet so whats taking $4.5 from me during 1 hour is concerning.
I went to my database table, and it said it was empty, so I was debugging for an hour or more, later I noticed the UI lied to me and I have alot of database rows.
When I am condering upgrading to another tier it just loads forever and I can't.

i think it is broken indeed, just deployed a very simple telegram bot app yesterday, had 4.98usd left today and its saying it has maxed out my free limit.
and it takes ages to load that too, so its proibably breaking the request

I just started using Railway today and deployed a single small app, leaving it running for under and hour. I encountered the "Trial Maxed Out" message as well. I've only been using Railway for about 3 hours.
On my usage page, It seems to have errors loading the data. My available credit indicate $5, which I would suspect means that I have available credit.
Given the usage page, it appears to be an error in their system. But it's not encouraging for the stability of the platform after only a few hours of using it. I see other users with paid accounts encountering this. Getting shut down while supporting clients would be really untenable as a option for us.
Not sure if there is some additional nuance I'm missing here.

I too have had the same issue, I was around $4.80 of credit left, signed up a few days ago to test a new app I am making with Claude. I was having issues with my content not refreshing from my commits this evening.
My balance too is taking ages to appear.
