Since yesterday my railway builds have been taking upwards 20 minutes, not the usual 4.
I saw alerts that there was degraded performance yesterday, but the issue seems to not have been resolved

We did experience higher than normal load on our build infrastructure around that time, and we apologize for the impact. Those issues have since been resolved, and builds should be back to normal. If you're still seeing elevated build times, please let us know.
