Railway cannot recognize variables during deployment

I am trying to deploy the backend of my application, but it seems like it does not recognize variables that I manually input'd into the Variable tab.

I entered in all the necessary variables from local .env file into the railway variable, but it keeps crashing.

What I think is happening is that the deployment starts first and the variables are undefined during this process.

ⓘ Deployment information is only viewable by project members and Railway employees.
