railway cli not deploying no error logs in app

docker pulled cli image.

stuck on indexing

ran railway up in bash. gave error /home/ryan.pietrow/snap/astral-uv/current: IO error for operation on /home/ryan.pietrow/snap/astral-uv/current: No such file or directory (os error 2)
