railway cli not working

I cant run commands in my remote project using railway cli, i tried all the ways that have in docs but it not working, when i execute "railway run" its always execute the command in local environment, the remote project is linked but not working, help me plzzz

there is no option to run commands in the container, commands ran via railway run and railway shell run the commands locally but with the environment variables available from the linked service.
