I'm trying to connect to my postgres database on my railway service through the cli like I always do.
railway connect
Then I select postgres
But I get the following error:
psql: error: connection to server at "trolley.proxy.rlwy.net" (34.1.236.179), port 58928 failed: Connection refused
Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?
I already logged back in again and linked the service before trying to connect, same experience.
The same happens for other databases in other projects.
Two days ago everything worked fine.

Hello,
The data tab can connect to the database just fine, and it also connecting via trolley.proxy.rlwy.net:58928 So that completely rules out any issues on our side.
Perhaps you are behind some kind of network firewall that blocks non-standard ports?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to help you debug networking issues on your side beyond what I mentioned above.
Best,
Brody
