Help Hi.I use railway from dec31.I run 8 sophon nodes.My plan Hobby plan(5$),But from dec31 to april 2, railway cut likely 100 usdt and today april 3,railway try to cut 70 usdt from my cut.but why??

Railway works on the basis of paying only for the resources you're using
meaning if you're charged 100usd then you used 100usd worth of resources, this is the case regardless of the plan you're on

looking at your screenshots, it looks like one of your services has insane egress costs which makes up the large majority of your usage

your usage is ~5 usd without the network egress, and then with the network egress it's like 61 usd

You should try to figure out what's causing such large network egress and then optimize it or remove it

the 56 usd is how much your egress is expected to cost by the time you have to pay again (month's time)

to remove you should find what's causing it, since I don't know your project I can't tell you what could be causing it

some general tips though, make sure you're using the [private network]() where possible since no egress is charged for the private network, and make sure to host large assets like videos and stuff on a separate CDN service or have proper client-side caching implemented, you could also use Cloudflare as a proxy to cache assets for you to further lower egress

What is egress?

it's basically outgoing data, for example if you're hosting a website for a game that lets users download the game from the website, and the game is 1GB, then a single download will lead to 1GB of egress since you're sending 1GB of data to the user

but everything sent to the user counts as egress, including website code and images

based on my calculations, it looks like you have around 335GB to 1 TB of egress, which is a lot for a hobby project

for reference, a website I'm working on that has a few users, multiple microservices and a discord bot uses about 1 dollar of egress a month

The question is: is it valid usages or something produced by a misconfiguration
