Container creation is stuck at platform level. All deployments since 14:54 UTC hang in CREATE_CONTAINER pending and never complete. Build succeeds and image publishes every time, but the container never starts, deploy logs are empty, no failure reason is recorded. Even redeploying a previously-working image fails the same way.

Volume plasticopmaat-volume is correctly configured and not the issue.
This appears to be a node/cluster-level container orchestration failure on your side. Please investigate.
