I use Railway's GitHub app to automatically deploy pull requests in their own environment. As part of this fully automated workflow, Railway used to add a comment to the pull request with a link to the deployment in the dashboard and a link to the deployment.

This stopped working recently. Now, when I first create a pull request. GitHub still triggers a Railway deployment to a PR-specific environment, but Railway would not add a comment. Only when pushing an additional commit to that pull request, the Railway comment would appear.
