I had to pause one of my projects for a couple months and now I'm reestarting it back, but now I lost all data.
Is there a way to get this back?

Hello!
I'm sorry to hear about the data loss but unless you are using Railways backup system: https://docs.railway.com/reference/backups
or a custom solution to save a backup of your data, we are unable to help you recover this.
