I'm trying to serve my app from a GitHub repo but I'm getting an instant deployment failed without even trying.
It seems that the service is not even cloning the repo.
The build steps doen't even mark "Initialization". It just has all the boxes empty.
My project was functioning correctly up untill a year ago!
What might have happened?
Update: When trying to create a new service using the same source I get: "There was an error deploying from source."
I tried uninstalling Railway from Github and reinstalling everything again but nothing changed.

After 9 hours, "it just worked", I'm kind of frustrated that I needed to give it time to fix itself.

Glad it's working for you now, but I have gone ahead and ticketed this so that we can look into it if we see other users report similar issues.
