Ah I see, and yep I'll definitely give that suggestion, thanks! In the meanwhile though, is it possible to hook me up with maybe a discount or maybe I can pay based on the usage instead of a flat fee every month? I'm currently a student and because of the country I'm in, I'm unable to afford paying for the hobby plan but I love you create projects and release them as OSS so this would be a big help.

Railway doesn't have a program where we distribute credits for students.

However, if you are looking to get some credits, we have a variety of bounty programs and a template kickback program where you get a cut of the revenue from user's deploying your software.

You can author a template via going into your Project Settings and then pressing the "Create Template" button.

Now, you can be signed up to earn credits and even optionally pay them out as real cash.
