In attached screenshot you can see the Railway GitHub app in action in a PR. The deployment of the web app was successful, but this status is not reported back in the checks below. You can see that there is a pending check that does not go away.
It looks like this behavior is inconsistent. I have had PRs where the check is marked with a check mark. In other PRs the check remains pending when I create the PR, but on subsequent pushes to the PR, the check switches to green.
Is this a bug or are the checks not supported?

Yes, in the screenshot attached to my original post you can see that the PR env has been deployed successfully and is finished. Yet the check shows up as pending and it's status never updates.

last debug step, can you remove and readd your githubrepo?

I removed the GH repo and re-added it and the status is still not reported back to the checks. See screenshot.
