After successful deployment, my railway url is "nutriverse-ai-production.up.railway.app" but its just showing OK instead of app. how to get it

Hey, could you double check that the application is correctly configured to listen on the host 0.0.0.0 and the port specified by the PORT environment variable? Additionally, the healthcheck endpoint should be correctly set up to return a 200 status code within the retry window.
