i've subs to hobby plan from nov 18 - dec 18 2024 for 5$, and i want to cut off or stop my project for a few days and want to continue my project today. after i paid the 5$ bill that i didn't know what it is for, now i can do nothing on my railway account. please, anyone tell me something.

You pay the 5 USD subscription regardless of resource usage, alto the subscription also includes 5 USD worth of resources
And the short answer is, it seems like you gotta pay for this month's subscription, since it's not paid yet
