"For Trial / Hobby to Pro you must move the project over to the Pro workspace either by the modal that pops up after creating a Team or via the projects setting page, then redeploy all the services in the project. "
I saw this from a post from several months ago "Opening a new workspace for the Pro plan is currently the only path forward to Pro at this time." Is this still true? If i upgrade to pro, will my N8N URL change? What is the migration process?

Hey! Unfortunately it looks like opening a new workspace is the only way to fully transfer from hobby -> pro. There is no way at this moment to upgrade your current hobby plan workspace directly to pro.
However, if you do obtain a pro plan workspace the migration process should be fairly straight forward:

Upgrading to Pro does not inherently change your N8N URL, unless you create a new project or service during the migration. If you transfer the project intact, the existing N8N endpoint (URL) should remain the same.
Please note, I can't provide any railway specific support for N8N related tasks themselves. If theres a custom data migration pipeline for workflows specifically for N8N I suggest checking their community forum

This is no longer the case. You can upgrade the subscription of your existing Hobby workspace to Pro without having to create a new workspace.
Go to your Workspace Plans page and select "Upgrade to Pro" and the confirm when prompted. Your Workspace will immediately be upgraded to Pro.
