I am creating a discord bot, and need to have something that has a webhook URL (railway.com/mybot) ? Do I need to add anything special or is this an actual built in thing (I have hobby plan btw)

Hey, if you're looking for a public URL that can reach your service then just click the "Apply Changes" button and a public domain will appear.

You've to keep it enabled, public networking equals public reachable URL.
