Been stuck for 2 hours in "Applying in changes".

I'm a pro user however if this is not resolved quickly. I'm going to be foced to degrade and remove to a more reliable hosting

Context: There was some Degraded performance registered on 04/01 that may have caused this issue, it is now fixed.
