Postgres service ID:
41ee8fb8-53fa-4523-839e-237002c7ecb7
Expected mount:
/var/lib/postgresql/data
Expected size:
10 GB
Observed behavior:
- create volume returns staged successfully
- commit/apply returns applying successfully
- no error is returned
- volume never appears live
- service config has no volumeMounts
- environment status still reports hasVolume=false
- no new Postgres deployment is triggered
- there is no Apply button in the dashboard

Please inspect the internal environment state, clear any stuck volume/apply state, and attach a persistent volume to Postgres-Staging at /var/lib/postgresql/data.
Do not touch my separate production project or production database.

Your workspace's Hobby plan has a per-volume size cap of 5 GB (5000 MB), and that cap is fully consumed, so new volume creation is being silently rejected. The 10 GB volume you're requesting exceeds this limit. We don't offer limit increases on the Hobby plan.
