Railway just turned my 6 platforms off, just paid $2,000 bill, 2 days ago. Crazy claim of TOS violation. Railway is clearly not a stable platform. I only used railway for legitimate purposes. Now I can't even get "railway private support" to even explain, why my service is off. This is the worst most unreliable service I have ever encountered and with no justification and no notice, they shutdown a major customer.

6 platforms down, my entire corporation down. You would think that when Google shut you down for 8 hours in May you would 1) either not do it to someone else or 2) not let 4 hours go by while another company is completely down with entirely NO RESPONSE

I’m sorry we shut down your platforms and left you waiting for an explanation. We’ve received repeated reports from Netcraft alleging phishing on an AlphaSite page, but our review found a business-directory listing linking to HSBC’s official website, with no credential collection identified. We’ve asked Netcraft for specific evidence, and their repeated reports haven’t addressed those requests. We shouldn’t have banned your workspace on that basis.
