On May 10th, 2025, I migrated all four of my services to Railway Metal, which brought my Metal usage to 94%. However, when I checked again on May 12th, 2025, the usage had dropped to 79%, even though all services are still running on Metal. This unexpected drop makes me ineligible for the no seat cost benefit offered to accounts with 80%+ usage on Metal. Could you clarify why this discrepancy occurred?
