Hi, I was just hoping to get more detailed information on what the Pro seat discount for using Railway Metal means practically speaking.

I am currently on a hobby plan with ~$15 in usage.

If I move to a Pro plan, my understanding is that the $20 per seat cost would not apply, but my costs would still be a flat $20 until I exceed that amount of usage?

Then, if I have a teammate join the project and add another seat to the plan, is the minimum cost then $40 until we exceed $40 worth of usage?
