I have all my services in metal regions, databases, frontend, backend, volumes, but it still tells me I haven't reached the minimum 80% required. I need help so someone can help me view my account to understand what's missing.

It is not about how many services you have on Metal, the percentage value is the percentage of resource usage on Metal, given it is a percentage of resource usage and you how low usage to begin with, it can take some time for you to reach 80%.

Hey kyriakos-michael, the metal discount will be applied when >= 80% of your usage (resources used by your services) originate from metal servers. Again, it's not about the amount of services on metal but the overall usage.

For example, you can have 3 services consuming a total of $5 worth of usage on non-metal and 1 service consuming $10 worth of usage on metal, which in total comes down to 33% non-metal usage and 66% metal usage.

All of my services are currently running on metal servers, none have been on non-metal for quite some time. However, I still see my eligibility stuck at 0%. I'm not sure if older resource usage is being factored in, or if there's a bug in my account. Could someone please look into this and help resolve it?
