So when I try to open the railway website when connected to Starlink it says site is not reachable. but when I connect to a VPN it works,

This is an issue because clients don't have means to use or go about VPN's it will be hard to explain to each who use our softwares because data is not been fetched.

The ISP may block Railway network, Try change your DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)

If using Cloudflare DNS works, You may need to buy a cheap domain and proxy it through Cloudflare (Can't tell every users to change their DNS)
