Hello, I had railway set up and running as a little shopify app to send a file together with an order confirmation after customers placed an order. I now see that Railway stopped supporting outbound SMTP for the hobby plan to avoid spamming.. Is there any way to still have this feature if I verify that I'm an acutal user and not spamming people? I would love to keep using Railway like this with my current setup of the app.
