I installed N8N (w/workers), set a custom domain: skynet-pg.techands.io

I can't connect to my Postgres with an external service, and I'm getting a public connection error in the "Data" tab.

- Deployment Online ( OK )
- Required Variables ( OK )

• Database Connection: ( ERROR )
  We are unable to connect to the database over the public network.

  Can you connect using this command?

  PGPASSWORD=MYPASSWORD psql -h skynet-pg.techands.io -U railway -p 5432 -d railway
  
  I downloaded the Railway CLI, connected to Postgres but when I tried to execute the requested command it did not finish the command and kept waiting infinitely
