hello, I am new to railway and I want to know more about the pricing. I want to use railway to host my web applications (Python, django) to show my skills and talents.

Hey Brody,
I was on the Hobby plan and deleted all my resources last month, but I still got charged $5. I haven’t used anything in the past month and won’t be using it this month either, so I was surprised to see the charge. Could you please point me to where I can request a refund?

Hello,
Since Railway is a subscription service, you are charged for the account even if you don't have anything running, similar to how Netflix would still charge you even if you didn't watch anything.
