i've discovered firefox is for some reason receiving/sending a weak etag even though when requesting the railway instance over curl i get a strong etag

$ curl -i https://git.mirrors.nektro.net/zig/search/-/
HTTP/2 200
cache-control: private, max-age=60
content-security-policy: default-src 'self'; img-src 'self' https://*; child-src 'none'; font-src 'self' https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/fontsource/; script-src 'self' 'wasm-unsafe-eval' https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@arborium/; connect-src 'self' https:
content-type: text/html
etag: "2a6a142b96fc843f56094c6163a73ae9d1ee0d0a"
<snip>
$ curl -i -H "Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, br, zstd" https://git.mirrors.nektro.net/zig/search/-/
HTTP/2 200
cache-control: private, max-age=60
content-security-policy: default-src 'self'; img-src 'self' https://*; child-src 'none'; font-src 'self' https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/fontsource/; script-src 'self' 'wasm-unsafe-eval' https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@arborium/; connect-src 'self' https:
content-type: text/html
etag: W/"2a6a142b96fc843f56094c6163a73ae9d1ee0d0a"
<snip>
so the server that is performing the in-air compression is prepending W/ to the etag before forwarding the request. we can see the hash is the same in both requests
