I want to connect my service hosted on Railway to Google Cloud, I need the Public IP to allow the service to connect. Is there a way I can get the public IP?

If not, are there other alternatives?

there is only egress public ips, why wouldnt they allow domains?

Maybe they do allow domains but I have no idea how to toggle that
