Hi, I purchased h1stup-education.online directly through Railway.
The domain has stopped resolving. Railway shows Waiting for DNS to propagate, but the Railway-generated domain h1stup-production.up.railway.app works correctly.
ICANN RDAP shows the following domain statuses:
serverHold
clientTransferProhibited
The authoritative nameservers are:
ns1kpv.name.com
ns2cvx.name.com
ns3gnv.name.com
ns4fpy.name.com
Public DNS also returns NXDOMAIN:
nslookup h1stup-education.online 1.1.1.1 → Non-existent domain
nslookup h1stup-education.online 8.8.8.8 → Non-existent domain
Since the domain was purchased directly through Railway, could you please contact the registrar/registry on my behalf, determine why serverHold was applied, and request that the hold be removed?
The domain is used for an educational platform for Ukrainian History exam preparation. It does not host phishing, malware, spam, or abusive content.
DNS records and the _railway-verify record are already configured through Railway DNS.

I accidentally marked this thread as Solved. The issue is NOT resolved. The domain is still under serverHold and returns NXDOMAIN. Please reopen this thread and continue investigating the issue. Thank you.

The serverHold status on your domain is applied at the registry level for the .online TLD, which removes the domain from the zone file entirely and causes the NXDOMAIN you are seeing from all resolvers. The "Waiting for DNS to propagate" state in the dashboard is a downstream effect of the domain being absent from the zone. This is outside what we can act on, and we are not able to request its removal or investigate the reason it was applied. We also cannot offer a refund, replacement domain, or escalation path for this.
