My CICD is getting heavily rate limited which is blocking our deployment pipeline. This is not acceptable. How can I get more api credits?

We can't bump the CLI rate limit at a per-user or per-workspace level. Deploy via GitHub auto-deploys instead, they don't hit the same rate limit.
